He is in charge of the formulation and execution of the strategy of the, organization, reporting to the board of directors on a quarterly basis. He is currently leading a team of both permanent and associated staff of 25 people including the support staff. He is a holder of Bachelor of Commerce degree and an Accredited Practitioner of the Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis.
He is currently the Operations Manager of the organization. Mr Msibi is a Human Resources and Recruitment Specialist. Has been involved in formulation of HR Policies for many organizations, strategic planning sessions, training, Salary Reviews, PMS and is fully involved in personal finance counselling.
